  • Led cross-functional initiative to forklift a 47 state transport network enabling the business to provide a new range of products and more reliable service to migrated EIA, FttT, and DSL customers
  • Co-managed IPTV launch and BNG architecture upgrade to provide a redundant, high-availability service
